The room was a nice size and well-equipped with an amazing viewwith a comfortable bed. The location was central, ideal in the upper east side.

The hotel was wonderful and clean with very very nice and pleasant staff at the reception desk. The room we had included a dining area and a kitchenette. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom - good size. Marvellous and lovely location just next door to Empire State Building, a zoo and restaurants were very close to the property.

The stuff was highly professional, the room was brand-new with coffee & tea as well as kitchen. Relatively quiet and best possible location in the upper east side, all was modern.

The breakfast was quick with brewed coffee, the best we had in New York City.

The service was absolutely exceptional.

The rooms were neat with a terrace, the staff were service-oriented and highly professional. The hotel's location was relatively quiet and best possible to public transports. Further, it was just next door to restaurants and central park and Lexington Ave/63rd St subway station and central Manhattan.

The staff was awful.

The hotel was clean, the staff were best. Truly enjoyed our reasonably large and recently renovated room equipped with newly renovated kitchens, the sofa bed, a pull out sofa. The venue had a central setting in a quiet residential area.

The staff members were all service-oriented, the rooms were a nice size with perfectly efficient kitchen and internet, for example.

The hotel was nicely appointed with amazingly helpful staff and the best possible location in a wonderful area. Location : the venue was next to shopping, restaurants & grocery stores, many subway stations, and the East Side hospitals. There was Jackson Hole Burgers, located nearby, where we relaxed.

All in all everything was brand-new, had a fantastic stay in town for my husband's surgery. My room was huge, new-fashioned and equipped with snacks, a full size kitchen, lovely view. The location was marvellous - short way from everywhere I wanted to go. This hotel was set in a very quiet area.

Spacious Jr Suite with comfortable bed and great pillow selection. Quiet room with minimal noise from surrounding areas. Convenient location, close to restaurants, museums, and shops. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to taxis and Uber. CVS and post office nearby for supplies and mailing needs.

Room was very large (we were upgraded to a 1-bedroom suite) and comfortable. Hotel is in an excellent location for midtown Manhattan and East Side. We were very pleased overall--no hassles whatsoever.
